TOKENASIA KOREA, a fintech company, is set to introduce financial innovation to Southeast Asia with the official launch of TOKSIA in Indonesia by the end of June. The platform reimagines Indonesia’s traditional savings group system known as Arisan, transforming it into a modern investment community platform.

As a global leader in fractional investment, the company aims to evolve Arisan, once centered around social bonding and savings, into Arisan Investasi — a new model of collaborative investment into global assets such as K-content, real estate, water treatment, and healthcare.

Arisan Investasi is a new digital savings circle model designed to pool community funds and invest in real-world assets collectively.

CEO Jaehun Jang of TOKENASIA KOREA stated, “TOKSIA’s greatest strength lies in its ability to resolve the legal ambiguity and lack of transparency associated with conventional Arisan systems through digital innovation. By introducing digital contracts that hold legal validity and incorporating robust KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) protocols, we’ve ensured a trustworthy and transparent platform.”

He added, “We will also offer AI-powered portfolio diversification, automated rebalancing services, and a unified dashboard that allows users to track their investments in real time—minimizing risks and maximizing user convenience.”

TOKSIA was developed based on CEO Jang’s extensive experience in global finance. A Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), he has over 20 years of expertise in alternative investments and Security Token Offerings (STO). He has held key roles at leading asset management firms such as Hanwha and Hyundai and contributed to product development and risk management at global institutions including Goldman Sachs, Fidelity, and Deutsche Bank. His experience also spans ETF listings, fund management, and asset advisory services.

Furthermore, Jang successfully introduced Korean franchise brands to Japan’s Don Quijote retail chain, demonstrating strong capabilities in global market expansion. In Indonesia, he has leveraged this expertise to enable Korean franchises to raise capital for startups and operations through TOKSIA. This aligns with the Korean government’s current push to support the global expansion of small businesses.

TOKENASIA KOREA will begin beta service in Jakarta with approximately 1,000 users at the end of June. In 2026, the company plans to expand to major cities such as Medan, Bandung, and Bali. It aims for a 20% monthly increase in new investors while contributing to local economic growth through improved household savings rates, enhanced financial literacy, and small business development. The fintech industry is closely watching TOKENASIA KOREA’s bold steps in bridging domestic and international financial markets.

“TOKSIA is more than a financial app—it’s a global co-prosperity platform that connects Korean enterprises with overseas markets,” said CEO Jang. “We’ve built an inclusive financial ecosystem where anyone can achieve economic independence and plan for the future with even small amounts of capital. We will continue to support the global expansion of Korean small businesses and franchises through our expertise and networks.”

Meanwhile, TOKENASIA KOREA recently completed the acquisition of PT Bizpedia Mega Global, a Jakarta-based local entity, through full capital contribution.
