"Seventh heaven"
If you say that you are in "seventh heaven", you mean that you are in a state of complete happiness.
E.g. "After I was given my first camera I was in seventh heaven."
"To lend someone a hand" - to help someone
"I asked my friend to lend me a hand to move the furniture."
"If someone will lend me a hand, I can finish the job quickly."
"I am always happy to lend my mother a hand."
