Coreline Soft is intensifying its global collaboration efforts following its recent decision to co-sell with Microsoft’s subsidiary, Nuance Communications. The company announced on June 27 that it successfully concluded its first sales workshop titled "Microsoft Diagnostic Stay Strong Webinar Series - Coreline," marking a significant step in their partnership.
The workshop was held in the United States, where Coreline Soft engaged with over 70 employees from Nuance to discuss strategies for integrating their product lines and implementing regional marketing plans. Moving beyond basic technical cooperation, both companies shared practical partnership approaches aimed at enhancing ROI (Return on Investment) for clients adopting AI solutions.
During the workshop, the companies established strategies for the joint operation of Nuance’s speech recognition and clinical reporting solutions with Coreline’s AI video analysis platform. They also outlined plans for transforming sales and marketing frameworks targeting hospitals in the U.S. and Canada, as well as strategies for healthcare operation innovation and profit model transformation using AI. Participants recognized the platform’s strengths, particularly its ability for immediate integration with Microsoft’s ‘PowerScribe,’ which holds a 70% market share in the U.S.
Furthermore, Coreline Soft announced it will co-host a webinar with Temple Health on August 1, focusing on real-world ROI improvements in diagnostic accuracy, patient flow management, and specialized medical connectivity. Nuance intends to leverage these ROI strategies to refine its global sales approach.
Kim Jin-guk, CEO of Coreline Soft, emphasized, “To persuade North American healthcare institutions effectively, we need to shift from simple technology adoption to a customized ROI-driven sales and marketing transformation. Our collaboration with Nuance and the case-sharing with Temple Health will further strengthen our market-oriented, performance-based sales efforts in North America.”
Coreline Soft holds all major global certifications, including FDA, HIPAA, CE, and ISO/IEC 42001 (AI management system). As the first Korean AI healthcare company, it has also obtained the international standard for AI management systems. Based on this comprehensive certification portfolio, Coreline Soft has successfully entered key hospital networks such as Baylor College of Medicine in Texas, Temple Health, and 3DR Labs.
