LONDON, UK – FLock.io, a private AI training platform, today announced the launch of its mainnet on Base, coinciding with the Token Generation Event (TGE) for its native token, $FLOCK. $FLOCK will incentivize and reward community participation within the FLock ecosystem.
The $FLOCK token debuts on Bybit, with an airdrop for incentivized testnet participants. Users can also earn $FLOCK by participating in decentralized AI training via train.flock.io. The token facilitates collaboration between data providers, training nodes, and compute providers.

Since its 2022 founding, FLock.io has secured a $6 million seed round (March 2024), launched an incentivized testnet on Base Sepolia (May 2024), and recently completed a strategic funding round led by DCG, achieving a $150 million valuation (December 2024).
FLock.io boasts significant traction, with nearly 20,000 AI models created, supported by over 600 training nodes, 1,000 validators, 63,000 delegators, and 280,000 end users.
