Paris, France - June 30, 2025: The European manufacturing sector faces intense global competition and complex supply chains, necessitating urgent modernization despite constraints in time, talent, and technology. Many manufacturers still rely on traditional ERP systems, which lack the agility and precision required for contemporary challenges. Enter Bonx, a Parisian startup, disrupting this landscape with innovative operational software.

Today, Bonx announced a substantial $8.6 million seed funding round led by 9900 Capital, with support from Kima Ventures, Purple, OSS Ventures, and Dynamo Ventures.

Established in 2022 by Alexandre Barroux and Rémi Beges at OSS Ventures, Bonx offers a state-of-the-art ERP platform tailored for mid-market manufacturers across Europe. By incorporating no-code configurations, cutting-edge AI, and swift deployment, Bonx enables digital transformation within weeks. The platform seamlessly integrates into existing systems, enhancing visibility and control over production, logistics, procurement, and quality, without overhauling core finance or CRM systems. Esteemed users include Décathlon suppliers and brands like French Bloom.

"Our mission is explicit: empower manufacturers to master their operations through customizable technology," said Alexandre Barroux, CEO of Bonx. "This investment facilitates our growth into Europe's leading ERP provider for mid-sized manufacturers, expanding from France into pivotal markets like Italy and Spain."

Unlike conventional ERP solutions, which are costly and protracted, Bonx goes live rapidly, adapting to shop floors efficiently. Clients report complete implementation within three to ten weeks, alongside significant enhancements in traceability, purchasing, and inventory management. Its modular design is user-friendly for operators and supply chain teams, allowing adaptation to actual workflows.

The urgency mounts as mid-sized manufacturers in France, Germany, Italy, and Spain confront growing technical complexities and regulatory challenges. Many ERP systems in use are outdated, forcing teams to rely on spreadsheets for operations. Bonx addresses these issues by providing a platform adept at modern industry complexities, offering quick operational clarity without dismantling existing infrastructures.

"By focusing strictly on manufacturing operations, Bonx seamlessly integrates with essential tools like general ledgers and CRM solutions, complementing existing systems as an operational backbone," added Rémi Beges, CTO of Bonx.
The investment reflects the pressing demands across Europe’s industrial sector. "Bonx is revolutionizing the ERP landscape with swift implementation and impactful AI capabilities, bringing efficiency to an industry hindered by outdated software," commented Juliette Sylvain, Principal at 9900 Capital. "We are thrilled to support Bonx in setting a new industry standard across Europe."

The new funding will bolster Bonx's team, enhance its platform, and expand in Italy and Spain — key manufacturing regions. Bonx identifies a clear demand for speedy, modern ERP solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing workflows, paving the way for more intelligent and connected operations. Over the long term, Bonx aspires to establish itself as the foundation of industrial execution throughout Europe, providing a unique digital infrastructure that scales in line with production demands.
