KD Navien made a significant impact at the Installer Show 2025, held from June 24 to 26 at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, UK, by unveiling a wide range of eco-friendly, high-efficiency products tailored to penetrate the local market effectively.
Esteemed as the UK's largest installation and construction industry trade fair, this event marked KD Navien's sixth consecutive participation. Under the theme "Optimal Living Environment Solutions Tailored for Customers," the company drew attention with its diverse product lineup.
Highlighted products included the 'NCB ON' gas boiler, which provides both heating and hot water, the high-efficiency, eco-friendly oil boilers 'LCB700' and the newly launched 'LCB500'. Additionally, KD Navien introduced the 'NPE Cascade System', a commercial water heater based on the European model of their popular North American condensing water heater, NPE. This product, suitable for large facilities such as hotels, hospitals, and buildings, captivated local buyers and technicians.
Notably, the latest exhibition featured the newly released 'PEM750' residential heat pump. With eco-friendly refrigerant (R290) and inverter technology, this product ensures high heating efficiency even in winter. It also enhances user convenience with a low-noise design, smart touch display, and dedicated app connectivity.
On the first day of the event, June 24, KD Navien achieved a strategic partnership with British Gas, the UK's largest energy company. British Gas, boasting a network of over 6,500 engineers across the UK and Ireland, plans to collaborate with KD Navien to establish a service system for their boilers and heat pumps, providing swift and precise services to local customers.
KD Navien's Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Kim Yong-bum, expressed, “It is meaningful to introduce our eco-friendly and high-efficiency solutions in the UK, the home of boilers.” He further stated, “Through collaboration with British Gas, we will strengthen our foothold in the European market.”
