Samsung Electronics announced that starting April 25, it will unveil a renewed version of the 'Galaxy AI' experience space designed for children, utilizing the Galaxy S25 series, at both KidZania Seoul and Busan.
The 'Galaxy AI Experience Space' is part of Samsung's key corporate social responsibility program, established to provide elementary school students with new learning experiences and opportunities for career exploration. Since its launch in October last year, the 'AI Secret Headquarters' experience center at KidZania Seoul has gained significant traction, surpassing 20,000 cumulative visitors and receiving a high customer satisfaction rating of 98.1%, earning praise from both children and parents.
With this renewal, the concept of the 'AI Secret Headquarters' has transitioned from a 'Secret Jet' soaring through the skies to a 'Secret Submarine' navigating the seas. The experience devices have also been upgraded from the 'Galaxy Z Fold 6' and 'Galaxy Z Flip 6' to the 'Galaxy S25 series.'
Samsung has structured the Galaxy S25 series to highlight features such as the ▲AI Agent ▲Audio Eraser ▲Samsung Wallet Digital Key ▲Quick Share, making them easily accessible for children to experience. In the experience center, kids will act as 'secret agents' tasked with boarding the 'Secret Submarine' and arriving at 'Galaxy Island' to rescue KidZania’s iconic character, ‘Bache.’
Participants will interact in the 'Exploration Zone,' where they can press an AI button on the device to summon the ‘AI Agent’ for hints regarding the location of caves or escape methods. In the ‘Secret Submarine Zone,’ they will use the ‘Audio Eraser’ feature to remove unnecessary sounds from 'Bache’s' distress signal to gather clues.
Additionally, based on the successful operation of the KidZania Seoul facility for the past seven months, Samsung opened a new 'AI Secret Headquarters' at KidZania Busan, located in Centum City, on April 25. This center offers a spacious and comfortable setting, applying the original content from KidZania Seoul along with the 'Galaxy S25 series' AI scenarios for a fresh AI experience.
Parents can monitor their children's mission progress in real-time through the SmartThings feature connected to the ‘Home Camera 360.’ Those without Galaxy smartphones can still access 'Try Galaxy' via a link to experience the One UI 7 and various Galaxy AI features.
In the future, Samsung plans to refresh the story and missions of the 'AI Secret Experience Center' every six months to continually provide children with a new and distinctive Galaxy AI experience.
Samsung's Korea General Manager, Jang So-yeon, stated, “In gratitude for the great support shown towards the 'AI Secret Headquarters,' we have renovated KidZania Seoul and opened KidZania Busan. We will continue to showcase differentiated programs that allow customers of all ages to enjoy a friendly and engaging experience with Galaxy AI.”
