The number of smartphone users in the world is about 4.88 billion, which is about 60% of the world's population. The total number of mobile connections is about 7.21 billion, of which smartphones account for about 86.8%. Currently, low-orbit satellites allow easy communication between humans in the Amazon jungle or on Mount Everest. Now, humans are entering the era of HUMMERBOT’s, just like smartphones. The era of HUMMERBOT’s refers to the era in which humans and robots coexist. It is a robot that coexists with people as a tool and helps people by humming and singing. The era of HUMMERBOT is an era of quantum mechanics that makes hacking impossible. How should we develop India, a huge country that includes 28 states, in a balanced manner?

Currently, there are about 420 million young people in India, aged between 15 and 29. The government can create specialized training centers in each state and provide them with specialized training courseware similar to the military training course in Korea, as well as jobs after completing the special industrial training course. Advanced industrial training and industrial production should be made compulsory education. According to the advice of our ancestors, the best value that can be passed on to children and descendants is education. In the specialized training course, young people should start with a strong sense of patriotism, shave their heads with a mind to leave the secular world (in Korea, they shave their heads when enlisting), and receive specialized training in special training courses. In India, the education curriculum for young people is upgraded to (A) Placement process after aptitude test (B) Training course for national patriotism (C) Training course for character education D) Professional training course, etc., and after introducing an education system for young people in India from HUMMERBOT production to electronic circuit development, smart farm milling lathe, and wearable HUMMERBOT clothing, after graduation, they can earn foreign currency by exporting technical personnel and also secure domestic technical personnel, which will lead to foreign companies flocking to India and contributing to the development of the Indian nation.

The speed of change is moving faster than you can imagine. Korea is aware of this trend and is thinking about how India can become a world-centered country in the quantum mechanics era and HUMMERBOT era.

So, how will the next generation change? The next generation can be said to be the era of unmanned, wireless automation, smartphones, wearable technology, robots, and HUMMERBOT’s. The current number of automobiles in the world is about 1.47 billion. In the case of household robots, the use is expected to increase significantly, and in particular, in the case of household vacuum cleaners, robot chefs, and housekeeping robots, more than 500 million units will be distributed to households in the near future. If the world population is about 9 billion, we will have to live with more than 27 billion HUMMERBOT’s, which is more than three times the number.

The next generation of robots that will accompany us is the HUMMERBOT. This is a robot that has an appearance similar to human physical characteristics, wears wearable clothes similar to humans, and assists humans, that is, it will hum and sing while getting close to people. The HUMMERBOT will have various sensors that imitate the five senses of humans (acceleration, incline, dynamics, position sensors, tactile sensors, audiovisual sensors, auditory sensors, sound sensors, etc.) and will have high-level AI functions, and it will have the ability to walk upright as well as the upper body, head, body, arms, and legs of a human. Just like the cars, bicycles, and motorcycles that are convenient for us today, human robots are also just tools with advanced AI functions that help human productivity and make humans more convenient.

However, it will be a world of more HUMMERBOT’s than cars that help with production and work in various industrial sites such as parent care HUMMERBOT’s, child care HUMMERBOT’s, home helper HUMMERBOT’s, and homes, schools, and hospitals for the rich life of humans. Depending on the need, there is no limit to the number of HUMMERBOT owned by individuals and groups, and it can be 3, 6, 10, or more.

We live in the era of quantum mechanics. Quantum mechanics raises questions about the inherent indeterminism of all material movements, including computer semiconductors, and is important in many fields such as science, technology, philosophy, literature, and art, and is an important aspect that cannot be left out in the history of science in the 21st century. We think of superior HUMMERBOT performance rather than faster communication.

So how can we prepare for the future of India in the era of HUMMERBOT’s? This is something that no individual can solve. This is a task that the top management and national policy makers should practice. When explaining the core of China's growth, Mr. Deng Xiaoping of China at that time expressed China as a sleeping bear waking up. At that time, their industrial base was in a state of nothing. After introducing a pragmatic line and a 'reform and opening' policy, Mr. Deng Xiaoping visited Korea and signed an agreement with the Mr. Roh Tae-woo Government. He changed the law with the reform and opening policy and enacted a pragmatic special law, and at that time, about 37,000-40,000 Korean companies supported China while technology, infrastructure, and manpower were zero. As Korea supported China, trade with China, which was only 6.4 billion dollars in 1992, increased 34.6 times to about 220.6 billion dollars big jump in 2011, and China became Korea's largest trading investment target, and ironically, China has become a country that can grow to the point of competing for hegemony with the United States today.

If the name of the leap system for Indian youth is (tentative name) Hi Well Center (Hankuk(Korea) India Well), then just as Korea supported the construction of the foundation for China's growth during the Mr. Deng Xiaoping era in China, the quantum mechanics HUMMERBOT era should cooperate with India and Korea to create the future of India. The Indian government should designate a special zone for Indian youth near a station or airport with convenient transportation, create an industrial education complex, and have companies move in. The industrial education complex supported by the central government in each of the 28 provinces across India is the core for India's development, and it is essential for the government to prepare the future of Indian youth by excluding communist countries and solving education and employment at the same time while instilling truth and a spirit of victory in the innocent youth of India.

Since the 20th century, information and communication technology has developed beyond imagination as a method of sharing information that was not possible before. This has emerged due to the revolution of computers, artificial satellites, and the Internet. This is possible with the development of computers and the automation of processes using robots, and as automation and unmanned operation of industry begin in earnest, remote management is greatly changing the foundation of human life in the era of driverless cars, drone taxis, and HUMMERBOT’s. In the era of quantum mechanics and digital AI, India should create special residential industrial training centers (Hi-well Centers) in each of the 28 provinces and provide cutting-edge industrial training education to the youth of India's future.
