Kolmar BNH Accelerates Global Expansion with Export of Its Innovative Immune-Boosting Supplement to China

Kolmar BNH has announced the export of its new product, Centrum Immune Boost, to the Chinese market as part of its strategy to expand its presence in the global health functional food industry.

The Centrum Immune Boost, which will be shipped to China, is a family-friendly multivitamin formulated with patented liposomal vitamin C, along with vitamin D, zinc, and selenium, to support immune function. The product also contains elderberry extract rich in anthocyanins and polyphenols, providing antioxidant benefits and a sweet-tangy flavor. It is manufactured at Kolmar BNH’s plant in Eumseong, Chungbuk.

A highlight of this product is the application of Kolmar BNH’s proprietary patent-pending formulation technology called “Cool Melting Powder.” This powder quickly dissolves in the mouth without water, delivering a refreshing cooling sensation and a clean, sweet taste—making it easy for people of all ages to consume.

Since 2021, Kolmar BNH has partnered with global healthcare company Halo (formerly GSK Consumer Healthcare) to reliably produce ten types of Centrum products sold in the Korean market. In 2024, the company expanded its product lineup with new launches, including the Centrum Men & Women Double Up series and the Centrum One Day Pack in six variants.

This export marks a significant milestone in Kolmar BNH’s global market efforts. Currently, the company supplies over 1,000 health functional food products to more than 300 clients across 26 countries worldwide. International sales account for 37% of its total revenue, reflecting its growing influence in overseas markets.

A company executive stated, “This achievement is a result of our response to the advanced production, quality, and R&D demands of both domestic and international clients. We have also established a new cooperative foundation in China. Moving forward, we will further strengthen our global partnerships through our unique technology and the research and development capabilities of our Food Science Institute.”
