NCSOFT has announced that its MMORPG, 'Lineage M,' is preparing for its upcoming service in China, having secured the necessary gaming license as of June 24.
The game will be introduced in China under the name 'Heaven: Bloodline' (天堂:血统) and will be available on both mobile and PC platforms. The local publishing responsibilities will be managed by Shanghai Xiaomingtai Network Technology.
With years of accumulated experience in the gaming industry and a thorough localization process, NCSOFT is poised to make a significant entry into the Chinese market with Lineage M. The company plans to offer optimized services tailored to the local market, encompassing content planning, service operations, and communication strategies. Detailed plans for the Chinese launch schedule and related information will be revealed gradually.
Since its release in 2017, Lineage M has maintained its position at the top of app market rankings for eight years, serving as a leading mobile game intellectual property within the MMORPG market in South Korea.
Lineage M consistently shares its content update directions through user communication broadcasts such as 'Standby M' and live update broadcasts known as 'Inside M'. During these broadcasts, real-time chats enable user suggestions, which are acknowledged and integrated, reinforcing a user-centered service approach.
The game's official YouTube channel, dedicated to user interaction, recently surpassed 120,000 subscribers, swiftly expanding its influence and reach in the gaming community.
