Coreline Soft is accelerating its efforts to expand its presence in the global healthcare market through a strategic partnership with Nuance Communications, a subsidiary of Microsoft (MS).
The collaboration was highlighted during the "AVIEW Global Enablement Session," a workshop that focuses on integrating Nuance’s sales ecosystem into broader market strategies.
This workshop includes training local sales teams, building product integration tools, launching regional marketing campaigns, and establishing joint contract-winning strategies. The aim is to transform Coreline’s AI solutions into tangible business outcomes in the global healthcare arena. Additionally, the company plans to pursue follow-up expansion strategies with global partners across Europe and the Middle East.
The workshop was attended by approximately 70 Nuance employees and was designed as an initial step toward co-marketing and regional sales strategies tailored specifically for Nuance’s ecosystem. Through this session, Coreline Soft hopes to deepen its strategic alignment with Nuance, establishing collaborative sales and contract acquisition channels in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East.
Coreline boasts a unique portfolio of AI solutions, including AVIEW LCS Plus, CAC, and COPD, capable of diagnosing three diseases simultaneously with a ‘3-in-1 AI Solution.’ This strong portfolio positions the company well within Nuance’s global sales network. Following the workshop, the company plans to strengthen partnerships with globally connected vendors such as Terarecon, Blackford, DeepC, Incepto, and Ferrum, linked via Nuance’s platform.
Nuance already provides healthcare solutions used by over 10,000 medical institutions and more than 550,000 healthcare professionals worldwide. Its PowerScribe platform, a dominant speech recognition and reporting solution for imaging diagnostics in the U.S., has over an 80% market share. Nuance also holds over 70% of the speech recognition market within American hospitals and radiology centers. In 2022, Nuance was acquired by Microsoft for approximately $19.7 billion (around 28 trillion KRW), and Microsoft is expanding its ‘Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare’ ecosystem centered around Nuance.
Since signing a sales rights agreement with Nuance in 2023, Coreline Soft has also begun collaborating with Microsoft on building digital hospital platforms. Increasingly, in Europe and other regions, Coreline’s products are being adopted for government-led lung cancer screening projects, further driving the demand for its healthcare AI solutions. The company plans to maximize its market share by strengthening cooperation with Nuance and Microsoft.
Kim Jin-guk, CEO of Coreline Soft, emphasized, “Strengthening our partnership with Nuance creates opportunities to integrate their own AI products into our platform, enabling us to move beyond single contract deals toward a platform-based, structural market entry. With Nuance’s dominant position in the U.S. and our partnerships with connected platform companies worldwide, we aim to lead the global market with differentiated AI technology.”
Coreline Soft also maintains diverse local partnerships, including the U.S. healthcare image post-processing leader 3DR Labs and the prominent U.S. lung health treatment center Temple Health. Recently, the company’s advanced product lineup received FDA approval, further strengthening its cooperation with domestic and international companies.
