SK hynix announced on April 28 that it held the "2025 Regular General Meeting of the Partnership Growth Council" on April 25 at the Grand Walkerhill in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, sharing this year's operational direction and the current business status of SK hynix with its partners.

The Partnership Growth Council, established by SK hynix in 2001, aims to enhance cooperative collaboration with its partners. Each year, the council convenes to discuss semiconductor market forecasts, collaboration, and joint response strategies.

The meeting was attended by CEO Kwak Noh-jung and executives from SK hynix, along with representatives from 92 partner companies, providing an opportunity to reaffirm the importance of collaborative cooperation amid changes in the semiconductor industry influenced by the AI era.

During the event, SK hynix introduced its latest business trends and market outlook, along with various partnership programs aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of its partners. This year, they shared key collaborative tasks across key sectors such as materials, components, equipment, and infrastructure. SK hynix emphasized, “The development of our partners is equivalent to the development of SK hynix,” adding that they will lead efforts in site-centered partnerships that align with the actual needs of their partners and enhance technological competitiveness.

Additionally, SK hynix plans to expand its cooperative programs across various fields, including technology, management, finance, and education. The company operates initiatives such as 'Tech Innovation Enterprises', 'Pattern Wafer Support', and 'Analysis and Measurement Support Projects', while supporting partner companies' financial operations through a low-interest cooperative fund. Furthermore, through educational platforms like the 'Youth Hy-Five' program for recruiting young talents and the 'Semiconductor Academy' for enhancing employee capabilities, SK hynix aims to contribute to the training and expansion of semiconductor professionals.

Hwang Cheol-joo, Chairman of the Partnership Growth Council, remarked, "Innovation in AI memory technologies, such as HBM, has been made possible thanks to the deep trust and cooperation between SK hynix and its council members," stating that they will continue to strengthen partnerships based on trust and persist in their collaborative growth activities.

Kwak Noh-jung, CEO of SK hynix, expressed, “Today, I was able to confirm the deep trust and familial bonds with the attending partners. The ability of SK hynix to adapt well in the AI era is thanks to the efforts and support of our partners in materials, components, equipment, and infrastructure,” emphasizing, “Although external uncertainties are growing, we will continue to grow together through a 'one-team partnership' developed as we have overcome challenges together.”
