Consul General Jongho Kyun attended the Korean Early Childhood Educator Association workshop on April 5th and emphasized the role of women in overseas Korean communities. He noted that the early childhood education field has recently become a significant pathway for Korean nationals to obtain permanent residency and stated that the consulate will continue to show significant interest and provide support.
The BC Korean Early Childhood Educator Association was established in May 2017. At this workshop, Jaekyung Lee, the director of KidsVillage, and Leadership Instructor Mikyung Lee gave lectures. About 40 Korean early childhood educators attended, sharing their field experiences and strengthening their network.
