The report, published today, highlights a 22% year-over-year increase in platform Software as a Service (SaaS) annual recurring revenue (ARR), reaching $2.652 million. This marks the company's 14th consecutive quarter of annualized SaaS revenue growth, demonstrating consistent upward momentum.
The company also reported a net increase of 15 B2B SaaS customers in the second quarter, bringing the total to 262. OpenLearning's customer base now spans across Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, India, the U.K., the United States, Indonesia, and Vietnam, underscoring its expanding global reach.
OpenLearning secured over $1.6 million in total contract value (TCV) from multi-year SaaS Learning Management System (LMS) deals during the quarter. These agreements encompass projects in Australia, the Philippines, and other international locations. While the majority of the contract value is weighted towards the later years, there is potential for further increases based on platform usage.
Cash receipts from customers also saw a substantial boost, increasing by 26% year-over-year to $1.306 million in Q2 2025. The company attributes this growth to strong performance in new SaaS subscriptions.
