This partnership marks a significant milestone, as R.LUX, which launched only seven months ago, has rapidly evolved into Korea’s most comprehensive luxury shopping platform. With this collaboration, R.LUX and FARFETCH aim to deliver an unprecedented level of service in Korea’s luxury e-commerce sector, combining global luxury with Korean designers such as ADER ERROR, LOW CLASSIC, WE11DONE, and WOOYOUNGMI—giving K-designs prominent visibility alongside international brands.
Product authenticity is assured through FARFETCH’s verified partnerships with top brands and trusted boutique partners. Customers can browse the new FARFETCH selection via the “Fashion” tab in the R.LUX app, with plans underway to expand to additional categories and brands.
The process is designed for convenience: customers select items and place orders through Rocket Jikgu, with products shipped directly from international boutiques and brands. R.LUX manages final delivery within Korea, typically taking between 4 and 7 days, all with free shipping. WOW members benefit from free returns within 30 days, and the service eliminates common overseas shopping hassles by including all taxes—customs duties and VAT—in the purchase price. Customers receive full refunds, including taxes, even for returns.
