The Indian mind is rooted in a rich and diverse culture, spirituality, philosophy and deep tradition. India's history is a mixture of languages and religious practices of numerous ethnic groups, and Indian spirituality and philosophy are the birthplace of religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism, which connect the human spirit with the sacredness, inner peace, truth and the deep quest for the reality of the self. This diversity is a special grace that only India possesses. The Indian national spirit has a shared identity that transcends many languages, traditions, and customs in its diversity. Festivals such as Diwali, Holi, Eid, Christmas, Baisakhi, and Onam have a spirit of consideration for others that transcends religions and communities. The non-killing spirit that no living being can be killed and the spiritual philosophy that we are all born as humans and survive together are the special DNA of Indians.
Throughout its history, India has faced numerous challenges including internal conflicts such as invasion and colonialism, and the incredible strength of the Indian people who have not plundered others in any environment, the spirit of resistance shown by figures like Mahatma Gandhi in the struggle for India's independence, and the firm commitment to justice, peace, and non-violence (ahimsa) that allows them to adapt to numerous adversities and disabilities while surviving and thriving are amazing things that only the Indian people have. Even in everyday life, consideration and respect in the family and community, strong bonds between parents, children, and extended families provide social connectivity, and respect for elders is deeply rooted in Indian culture, and the concept of community goes beyond the nuclear family to include neighbors, friends, entire villages, and even cities, and has valuable values. In addition, there is a saying in the Indian spirit of hospitality that “guests are gods.” In the culture of Indians caring for guests, not only is serving pure and warm food a necessity, but treating guests like family is also a very valuable value in the process of human life. The spirit of loving survival and peace together is a special DNA that only Indians have, and the world should emulate it.
So what is important is the direction India’s future should take. The era has changed significantly. Currently, it is the digital era, and the world has changed from the past era of agricultural productivity to industrial productivity, and the era of industrial productivity to knowledge productivity. The digital era is the metaverse era of quantum mechanics and quantum computers.
Even if the times change so drastically, the only way for India to prepare for a new era and maintain the special DNA of Indians is to preserve the basics of humanity. If so, roads, port and airport infrastructure are important in terms of priorities, but human infrastructure is also important, and in order to create a new digital era, the Indian government must remember the Indian youth, who are its most precious treasures, and take care of their future while looking after them. We must create a turning point according to the digital era, the metaverse era, and the quantum mechanics era, and if the Indian government truly thinks of Indian youth as the future treasures of India, it must deeply consider and practice how to create a turning point, how to treat the precious youth, and how to take responsibility for their future and take care of them.
This should be the strong will of the Modi government. The precious youth's future will be India's future when they are respected and cheered by people worldwide. The Indian government's list of higher education departments includes about 95 institutions including AIIMS, IIT, NIT, IISER, SPA, IIT, and some institutions such as NIMHANS, ISI, etc. are also legally granted status, but another way and alternative is to introduce a new legislation that states that all young people as Indian citizens should break away from the caste system and introduce a system of enlistment education for young people, saying that all people are equal.
Today, Korean youth do not have a caste system; everyone is equal, and about 230,000 young people shave their heads yearly when they enlist. (Shaving their heads is a mental resolution to leave the secular world like a monk.) They receive military training during the enlistment process and acquire various specialized education. For example, a person who could only drive a car can become a professional technician who can repair cars.
If the education process for young people in India is divided into four stages:
1) Placement process after aptitude test, 2) Patriotic national view training process, 3) Character education training process, 4) Professional training process, etc., India can upgrade it in a more advanced direction and introduce an education system that categorizes about 1,710 necessary occupational groups for Indian youth into about 65, for example, from electronic circuit innovative farm milling lathes to clothing fields. After military service, the first track is to export technical manpower and earn foreign currency by advancing overseas, and the second is to secure domestic technical manpower.
The advancement of foreign companies into India will greatly contribute to national development. Currently, the Indian military system has different entry routes and selection procedures for the Army, Navy and Air Force. Applicants for the Indian Army recruitment process must be between 16.5 and 19.5 years of age, have completed at least 10th grade (10th grade), pass 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics, and then take the UPSC (Public Service Commission) written exam and SSB board interview to assess the applicant's personality, intelligence and leadership. Applicants undergo NDA training for 3 years, followed by training at the Indian Military Academy (IMA) for 1 year, and their salaries are managed by the Grade 7 Pay Board. The salaries of enlisted personnel and officers range from sepoys (soldiers) to about ($249) to ($795) or career soldiers. The average number of applicants for the National Defence Academy (NDA) is only about 70,000 per year out of a population of 1.4 billion.
The digital age is the cyber generation that enjoys smartphones and lives in virtual space. Indian youth are about 420 million people between the ages of 15 and 29. They are the future of India and are India's precious treasures who are growing into voters who can change the Indian government. The Indian government must enact strong legislation for these precious youth. Through strong legislation, the Indian government must create residential education facilities where everyone can receive equal education for a certain period of time in each of the 28 provinces and introduce a training system that can educate youths from the age of 16.5 to about 20% of the 4.2 billion people, or about 84 million people, in about 1,710 occupations classified into about 65 categories. The youth who complete the education can be exported as technology-holding personnel, and by securing the necessary domestic technology personnel, foreign companies will enter India, greatly contributing to national development. This will become a strong national power, allowing India to lead the world even in the future Digital Metaverse Quantum computer era.
