- An Inside Look at NodeOps and Its Vision for Web3 — Innovating Accessible Decentralized Infrastructure
- It has strategically expanded into South Korea, a blockchain hub renowned for its vibrant developer community and technological innovation.

In an era where blockchain technology continues to reshape digital landscapes, NodeOps stands at the forefront, advancing a streamlined, AI-powered approach to decentralized node management and orchestration. Founded by Naman Kabra, a seasoned Web3 expert with a proven track record of innovation at Robert Bosch, NodeOps is redefining how developers and enterprises deploy and operate blockchain infrastructure across the globe.

As the decentralized compute sector approaches a projected valuation of $50 billion by early 2025, NodeOps is evolving from a mere Node-as-a-Service provider into a comprehensive DePIN orchestration layer. Its versatile platform offers effortless, reliable, and permissionless access to decentralized resources through a no-code console, a blockchain-agnostic marketplace, and innovative security and staking solutions—all powered by the native $NODE token, designed to align incentives within the ecosystem.

In this exclusive interview, we sit down with Naman Kabra, CEO & Co-Founder of NodeOps, a Web3 veteran who has built successful ventures and led innovation at Robert Bosch. He discusses the company’s ambitious growth strategies, including its targeted expansion into South Korea, a blockchain hub renowned for its active developer community and technological advancements.

Kabra emphasizes democratizing access to decentralized infrastructure and highlights the transformative potential of its tokenomics in fostering a resilient, participatory network.--Ed.

Q: How do you see the Korean blockchain ecosystem aligning with NodeOps’ mission and technology solutions?

A: South Korea is a mature Web3 market. Almost a third of the population holds crypto assets, exceeding the number of retail equity investors. With 472 blockchain service providers operating domestically, South Korea is a tech-forward, infrastructure-hungry environment. We see the market as the next logical step in NodeOps’ journey: making decentralized infrastructure radically more accessible and reliable for builders at every level. Korea’s deep developer pool, active DePIN interest, and institutional openness to new models make it an ideal growth market.

We’re not looking to just expand into Korea but align with its tech-forward approach. Partnering with the right providers will help us co-develop localized Node management, analytics, and DePIN orchestration services on top of our platform.

Q: Can you elaborate on how the NodeOps platform simplifies Node management for developers and enterprises?

A: NodeOps removes the infrastructure pain points from solo devs to enterprise teams. NodeOps’ first app, a no-code Console, supports 52+ blockchains with fully automated deployment and updates, health monitoring, backup snapshots, and compliance tooling. We’ve seen teams reduce setup and configuration time from days to under an hour and cut DevOps overhead by over 70%. It’s at a click production-grade infrastructure.

Q: How does the no-code Console democratize access to decentralized Compute infrastructure, and what feedback have you received from users across different technical backgrounds?

A: We built the NodeOps Console with one goal: to make running decentralized infrastructure easy for anyone, not just DevOps veterans. This allows Protocols to decentralize fast.

Non-technical users can deploy a validator, archive Node, data availability Node, or run an AVS module in under 10 minutes, no command line, no YAML files, just an intuitive UX. Technical teams have told us it saves hours per week and scales seamlessly when moving from testnet to production.

Infrastructure access is still a friction in Web3 that can hold back DePIN adoption, particularly in markets like Korea, where developer interest is sky-high, but operational complexity remains a barrier. Console solves that. It brings Web2-style usability to Web3 compute, unlocking new participation for Protocols.

Q: NodeOps evolved from a Node-as-a-Service provider to a DePIN orchestration layer. Can you explain this transition and what it means for your clients?

A: We took the tech stack and ops structures set up support Console, that is the container orchestration engine that supports high-availability, stable Protocol Nodes, and expanded our offering to orchestrate any containerized workload.

We saw an opportunity to challenge the centralized provider model applied by the hyperscalers and become the glue that connects and coordinates the decentralized Cloud. The global Cloud Marketplace saw significant expansion in 2024 and was estimated to be worth over $330 billion. The DePIN sector alone has grown to over $50 billion in early 2025, and the World Economic Forum projects that DePIN could contribute $3.5 trillion to global GDP by 2028. These are real networks generating real economic value, shaking up Web2 industries.

NodeOps Network coordinates a full-stack orchestration platform where users can consume Compute, manage Nodes, deploy AVS layers, provide Compute, run apps at a click, and tap into live economic incentives, all from one Marketplace. We don’t just simplify running infrastructure, we provide the products and services that allow users and builders to focus on what matters to them.

Q: How will the $NODE token facilitate decentralization and incentivize ecosystem participation?

A: The $NODE token is the backbone of our economy, enforcing economic alignment between the various participants. To avoid negative inflationary outcomes, $NODE is tightly coupled to supply and demand in the Marketplace. As users pay in fiat or stables, $NODE is burned, and their payment generates credits used to schedule workloads like Node deployment, Compute orchestration, and running apps or AI agents. This ties token utility directly to Cloud demand: the more people use the network, the more $NODE is burned, driving sustainable value back to $NODE holders.

Our tokenomics is informed by optimal control theory (see Volt Capital’s recent report on DePIN token design), it dynamically adjusts emissions based on real-time network activity. With over 700,000 verified users, 3.5M in on-chain revenue, and thousands of workloads processed pre-token, $NODE launches as the coordination layer for a live, growing infrastructure economy. Moving away from speculation towards a sustainable, demand-driven model.

Closing remarks
NodeOps is emerging as a leader in Web3 infrastructure innovation, demonstrating significant global influence through technological breakthroughs and strategic expansion. Their proactive entry into advanced blockchain markets like South Korea underscores their vision and determination. The platform’s no-code interface and DePIN orchestration technology effectively lower barriers to participation, bridging the gap between Web2 and Web3. Furthermore, the sustainable ecosystem built around the $NODE token promotes active engagement and long-term viability. Overall, NodeOps’ innovative approach and diverse strategy are poised to play a crucial role in accelerating the adoption of decentralized infrastructure worldwide, shaping the future landscape of Web3.
